Default Night Skiing

I love to ski at night. Here are a few pictures of the last time Zach and I went night skiing.

Crumby picture of the lights at Bogus:

Here's Zach waiting patiently for Daddy to take his picture so he can go skiing:

See ya later dad, I'm gone!

Does anyone else here have any night skiing stories or pictures to share? I'd love to hear them!

Wow, that looks pretty spectacular! I have never been night skiing myself and I think it was available before at some resort in Austria but we didn't have the time to try it out! Would love to try it though!

Thanks for the responses guys. We love to night ski! We just got back about 20 minutes ago from another night session. The cool thing about it is if you go during the week, there are very few people skiing. You have the place practically to yourself monday through thursday nights.

Night skiing goes until 10:00 pm every night of the week. It is cool because you can work a normal day and still get up in time to ski for 4 hours before they close the lifts.

I'm very, very jealous!

But let me ask you this do you guys get freezing wind and torrential rain in Winter and mild Summers? I thought not!

....cause the crap weather we put up with in Ireland is horrible

Although it does make vacations a lot more special!

Here in Idaho we get very cold in the winter. In January and February we often see temps in the single digits and even below zero degrees fahrenheit. we don't get a lot of snow in the valley where I live (only 2400 ft elevation), but our mountain areas get lots of snow.

In the summer we have just the opposite. In July and August we usually have highs around and commonly above 100 degrees fahrenheit.

I have only ever been nightskiing once in Austria, about 5 or 6 years ago. It was great fun and there is a completly dfferent atmosphere when skiing at night! I would love to try it again sometime soon.
