Hi guys! I am new to this forum and to skiing!!! I am going with my boyfriend to Italy skiing. He has skied all his life cos as soon as he was walking his parents strapped skis to his feet and said off you go!!!! I also have a brother who snowboards and works the ski slopes of the world......so at 34 years old I feel like a late starter!:D
I had about 8 hours ski lessons in my own town on a dry ski slope. I did ok, but it's just so slippery that stuff it made me a little nervous to say the least!:o I'm told snow is a lot easier...I hope so!
Any tips or suggestions from you all would be sooooo appreciated. I am still finding turning a bit of a problem!!
