View Full Version : Going skiing in 2 months, any fitness tips?

I'm going on my second ski trip ever in 2 months - my last trip was about 3yrs ago. Unfortunately I'm not as fit as I should be, any suggestions as to exercises I should be concentrating on so I'm fit to last the pace when I get there?

Thanks for the link Michael, I was looking for something like this for starting out and knowing what body type and exercises I should have.

Hmm I seem to be doing pretty good for my weight and body type, maybe I should start doing some cardio workouts to retain my shape.
