I broke my wrist when i was about 12 years old. I tried to go on a blue slope...i guess i was quite ready.

Now i am skiing blacks, so it didnt stop me.

It's great to hear, just out of interest, were you boarding or skiing when you broke your wrist? It seems to me that more people have wrist injuries snowboarding.

i had a wrist injuy while skiing the 3rd time. Ouch, that hurt like hell.

I'd imagine that it's not nice to have a serious injury when skiing. Would really just ruin the whole thing for you... staying in as the others hit the slopes.

No, it certainly isn't. I only suffered from a minor sprain but it still ruined my holiday!
