What is the best pair of skis money can buy?

Wow some of those get really pricey, i'll have to stick with lower priced ones for now haha.

Yes ski's are very expensive but they have come down in price. You could look into maybe getting a previous seasons model? It would probably be just as good for cheaper.

ok i think that the best overall ski that money can buy is the K2 Apache Recon Piston. they are just awsome for all mountain skiing but will proform well in powdery conditions. here (http://www.thejibshop.com/K2-Apache-Recon-Piston-P2933C456.aspx) is a good link for you to see them.

I do not know about brands, but I would advice for lengh is somewhere between your diaphragm and your clavicle.
