Sure you can, I'm sure its one of Europe's most active ski areas.

This site looks like a good source for information:

Sounds good... How was the snow in Switzerland? I would imagine it would have been quite expensive?

Definately expensive. I don't know the exact cost, but it did cost a hell lot.

Yeah, it was quite cold. THere was actually a huge blizzard right before i went to the ski resort. We had to postpone skiing for a few days.

I'm sure that left a nice surface of fresh powder, that would have been nice B)

the alps are the number 1 ski spot in europe, and i think austria is the best place to ski, it's a lot cheaper than switzerland and france and has good snow to.

i'm going to ski 2 days with my parents in mayerhofen this year, i went there last year to and after that 2 days i'm going to ski 5 days with friends in sankt johann / alpfendorf
:) my schools organise that kinds of trips each year.

I love Austria, simply because it is the only place I have ever been skiing. I am going skiing in Andorra this year however. I have actually been to Mayerhofen and S. Johann and the skiing was excellent!

Mayerhofen can get quite busy however, Zell is quite near and that opens you up to the whole Ski Area which was great.
