Could someone give me some idea of why my toe sometimes gets bruised and swollen? It gets to the point that the toenail eventually falls off. This doesn't happen every time, but enough that it gets annoying (it's always the same toe). I just went over the weekend and smashed up my toe pretty bad. The nail is sure to fall off - this will be the 3rd time in 4 years. It's not a big deal - more annoying than anything else, but for a few days it is difficult to walk.

Are my boots too tight on my one foot? Is it my technique? Anyone know what I can do?

do u clip your toe nail regularly my toe got smashed up pretty good this weekend but it was because of my toenail sticking out a little bit.
