Where to ski in Summer!
This is a pretty good article I found about where to ski in the summer.
http://www.associatedcontent.com/art...in_summer.html I've done late Colorado trips and summers in Argentina. Never been to Hood, Chile or NZ though. |

st. mary's glacier in colorado is good if you want to do summer park runs (i.e. jumps, rails, etc)

I went to Mt Hood in early fall 2007. Stayed there too. I was unable to ski because they said "Oh, we are not renting skis today, all the guys in the rental shop took off." They did not think that that was strange, to be open for skiing but have no rentals, and not to post anything on a website. The whole operation was like that. They told us the place was full so we reserved bunk beds in the basement (for real). But when we got there, 2/3 of the rooms were vacant. it looked like fun skiing, quite steep
