Should I be using longer skis.

I am 15, male, 170 CM tall, 130 pounts, and a class 5. I do not use polls, and I woulder if I should try and go up to maybe 140's from a 120.

first what kind of skiing will you be doing. Im guessing from you not using poles that you are doing some sort of downhill.
go here:
http://www.playitagainsports.com/use...%20Mike%20.pdf
there is a sizing chart there.
and for down hill you might want to go up to a 155-6 from your 120 if you are an intermediate level

I typically cannot go quickly due to too many people and I have to make frequent turns on narrow runs.

If you are going to go for an increase in length, I would go for small intervals if you are dodging people all the time. Depending on the skis I would say longer equals more speed and take some getting used to for tight, tourist avoiding turns
