Ski Length Help

I picked up a pair of Dynastars for cheap. They are 185s and I would guess they are from the early to mid-90s. Narrow, not parabolic.
I am 5'11" 175lbs and maybe an intermediate skiier. I'm not great, but have never passed up any run and I've skiied Colorado and the Northeast.

Do 185s sound too long for me? Are they WAY too long or could I manage as I only ski a couple times a year.

I am 5'8" 175lbs and used to ski 184s. They were the K2 Three's, early parabolic skis. The side cut was nothing compared to the skis today. And the skis before that were I believe, Head 190s, non-parabolic. So, to answer your question, you should be just fine on those skis. Moguls might be a little tough with that length ski though.
