Start with opening you binding on you front foot. Remember to make sure that you can move your foot out of the binding without any problems. Start riding against the hit and just before you hit the edge of the hit press your front foot against the binding so the bord does not fall down when you jump. When in air grab your bort at the nose and then kick your foot forward. Stretch out and try to make it look good.. Put your foot back in the binding.

If you have time you could close the binding again also..

Thanks for that, I'll be sure to try it out the next time I get the opportunity to ski again.

Seems kinda out of my league but I'll keep it in mind for when I improve...
