Anyone bought a ski chalet?

We did! last year, exactly a year ago in Bad gastein Austria.
Future worked out, so we thought! We planned to run it in a couple of years time, but recession hit and now thrown into it sooner than we thought.
Going out there very soon for Christmas and have a few guests, so no holiday for me! (some spaces left check it out www.skigastein.co.uk)
If anyone else has done it, tips please, dont think i can ski, cater for 15 and get drunk every day! Especially with a huband that cant cook, wont cook !good job I can)
let me know any tips?
