East Coast Skiing

First time posting here, got a question I hope I can get some help on.

I've skied for a few years now, and not afraid of double blacks at this point. I've skied Colorado, Wyoming, Switzerland, France, and now I'm stuck working in NY, forced to be a weekend warrior.

So...where's the good skiing up in the East? (I just had a weekend in Killington, and it was kinda OK. Snow was crappy compared to what I'm used to...is that just the way it is out here?

I would really like to push my abilities. I have very little terrain park experience, and feel like it would provide some opportunity to extend my skills. So what's good out here?
