Heavenly Ski Resort

We are travelling next january 19th to South Lake Tahoe to ski one week in Heavenly. We are travelling from Argentina.
Someone knows if it will be snowing before I arrive? I know there is no snow at the moment and we are very dissapointed because it will be our first time skiing in USA.

I live a day's drive from there and it's very very dry.. You'll probably flnd some man-made snow in the area
