Interesting site listing ski injuries and prevention tips

I found a good site:

http://www.ski-injury.com/home1.htm

It lists all the common ski injuries etc .. and how to prevent them, quite an interesting read.

Thanks,
Michael

I've book makred that for a look before my next trip. Not so sure it is a good idea to be reading about injuries before you go though.

Yes, true, might put some people off. At least I haven't had any serious injuries while skiing.

Thanks, that's a great link. It has a good few tips about preventing injuries which is what we should all be focusing on. I also stretch before I ski and warm up as this can prevent some small injuries and sprains.
