Just Bought my first pair of skis/new to this site.
Well having skied off and on for the past 15 years or so I finally bought some skis tonight, used.. 125.00 bucks for a pair of Fischer XTR 160's. came with bindings too. I didnt want to get anything that would break my wallet. I'd call myself a experienced skier just never had owned my own skis before.
Can anyone tell me much about the skis i purchased ? I'm sure I'll learn much more haning out on this site. - C |

Ski Cam. Did you demo them before you bought them? That is a always a good idea when buying any skis especially used ones. If not what made you decide on that set of skis. What king of bindings are they? Also. I don't want to bash this forum but it is not very active. You may get a quicker response about your purchase on epic ski.

Total novice here on buying skis umm they are Fischer bindings so says on them, just looked at them. I bought them b/c they were cheap I guess and the tech guy at the resort said it was a steal. I just need something to kick around in this year or two, Im sure they will work. What other forum did you say I should go to. ?
