Off season exercises

Hi all, I wanted to pass on this workout I found. I am currently doing it and I think it is very good. Something to help keep us in the skiing state of mind.

website- http://bosu.com/

DVD- http://www.bosu.com/scripts/cgiip.ex...?item=10875-8V

You do need some equipment like the Bosu and a weighted ball, but most gyms have these and even if you exercise at home they are not that expensive compared to other machines.

Everything you need is sold on this website.

Hope it helps somebody, I am enjoying the workout. Dont worry summer will be over soon enough!

Thanks for the links, I suppose I'm going to have to start to do some pre season training myself.

I started training about a week ago. 3 more months and I should be in shape to attack the slopes!

I'm sure you can't wait! I've still to book my ski holiday myself!

This is a site for a biography movie about Bode Miller. I found it interesting, but the trailer shows some training things he does. I love the roller workout on the road!! Not a huge Bode fan, but dude is strong on skis. Check it out.
