I'm doing great exercises for my biceps and stamina so that I can go for a mile of skiing.

In the UK there are snowdances too, doubt they are anything like yours! It is a tongue in cheek offering of utterly shameless bad cavorting in full ski gear in your back garden usually on your own in the moonlight to whatever cheesy eurotrash music you can find on the same night as other keen skiers across the country (god knows what the sattelite maps would show) in the vague hope the weather gods will smile upon you and bring plentiful powder and a long season!
