Ski Utah
This January my wife and I are spending a week at the Westgate resort in Park City and plan to ski the Canyons, Park city and Deer valley. Our hotel has shuttle service and we don't know if renting a vehicle is necessary. We will be flying into SLC. any thoughts would be appreciated.
Secondly, does anyone have any experience with travelling with your own skis and boots verses renting. Thank you Dick |

Renting a vehicle wouldn't be necessary. But if you have skis, then rent a vehicle.

I'm from MI and love to ski Ut. been their several times. Contact your airline to see if you have an additional fee to bring your skis. If so what costs more the rental or the airline fees. I prefer to bring my own stuff because I know their performance. Ut's tourism economy is very much ski friendly and every resort & hotel is prepared for you to bring your own stuff.
