Transportation to Whistler Blackcomb
Hey guys, I'm a local in Vancouver. Looking for a way to get up to Whistler this December. Anybody know of good companies?

Bus?
Hello - I remember going to Whistler a long, long, long time ago - like in the late 70's (egad! I'm old!). Anyway, there was a bus that went from some of the downtown hotels and dropped you right at the base of the ski area. Maybe try calling up the Whistler resort and asking them if this bus service is still running? I was a few hour drive up to there with a 15 minute or so stop in Squamish.

OK, you got a couple of options the way I see it:
a) Hire a limo service to take you and make a day long adventure of it (picking everyone up and their house, going to the store, and driving up there). b) Find some friendly person with a van and do the same thing. Pay them something for their gas money and time to get you up there c) Put an ad up on Craigs list Did you figure out how you're going to get back? Have a great time! ColoradoSkiDude |
