Wrist injuries in skiing?

I recently broke my wrists snowboarding (twice in a row). I have thus quit snowboarding.

If i start skiing, will this be a non-issue? I.E. what body parts are put at risk? Will my wrist be safe?

Your spend alot more time on your feet thats for sure. I would use a wrist protector though.

Skiing has a smaller risk of wrist injury, I recomend it.
