Appropriate length of non-FIS GS ski for NASTAR

I've enjoyed NASTAR racing for the past two years with my recreational skis (length 152) and am looking to upgrade to racing skis. I'm female, 5'5'', 135 lbs, and usually ski on groomed runs in Michigan.

I've done some searching online and am considering purchasing the Atomic Redster Doubledeck GS NTL 12; however, I have a few questions.

1. First of all, would these be appropriate skis for NASTAR racing?

2. Secondly, what would be the appropriate ski length? The site on which I found the skis has them avaiable in 164, 169 (17.2 radius), or 174 (17.8 radius).

3. What kind of boots should I purchase?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
