Bad boot experience
Last season, I purchased a pair of Hartjes boots from Nordic Skater (bad customer service). After less than 20 miles of flat terrain skate skiing, the sole pulled off the left boot.
I tried numerous times to get this problem resolved. Emails went unanswered; phone calls were met with shock and concern but no resolution. I am welcome to any advice on best chance at repairing the boot. I hope that others can avoid the refusal of service-after-sale by Nordic Skater. ![]() |

I also had disappointing customer service with Nordic Skater. I've dealt with them a few times and found their customer service ran hot and cold. They were helpful when there was prospect of sale but not helpful once they had my money. When I had problems they did not respond.
__________________Seemed like they hoped problem would go away. Well, so did hundreds of dollars in future sales from me. I learned I'm better off patronizing local ski shop. |

Sounds like my experience exactly - very helpful until the deal closed.
All I can do now is boycott them and spread the word. |
