Junior Race Skis

My son (5'2" 90lbs) has been free sking since he was 3 and is able to ski any terrain. He is going to join his schools ski team and start running gates for the first time. I'm looking for a recommendation on race skis. I assume that he'll need a Jr. GS ski. I have no idea what length is appropriate or what model's are "hot". Any help would be appreciated.
