Salomon z12 binding able to move a bit?
I just purchased a new set of skis with the z12 binding.
I am a little bit concerned because I am able to move the binding 2mm up or down along the ski. Screws are very tight, but you just can move the binding 2mm to the top or the tail of the ski. is this normal? |

Hey Kermit!
__________________The best thing to do would be to bring them in to your local ski shop and have them inspect the binding. It shouldn't cost you anything. Chances are it's fine but to be on the safe side have a certified ski technician inspect the mounting job. Better safe than sorry!

I just returned the skis. I do not want sloppy bindings. Looks like the smarttrack system is just sloppy. I don't want a sloppy binding...
So I'll be looking for something else. |
