Ski helmet

Hey all,

I have this helmet, an Alpina Lips, and really liked it but a few days ago unfortunately the ear pads on the right side fell off. So now I wanted to know if you had any ideas on how to fix that
And is it still safe to ski with that piece fallen off?

If i am not mistaken are the ear pads not just attached with velcro? if so you might be able to buy a replacement or if you still have the pad just replace the velcro.
