Some question on ski designs for you.
I'm doing a research project down here at school, and was wondering if anybody could provide me with some input into their ski selection.
Specifically: How much did the company brand influence your purchase (i.e. 40%)? How much did the design/graphic imprinted on the ski influence your purchase (i.e. 50%)? What are the three main components that influenced your ski purchase? If ski performance was similar among two skis, how much more would you spend to obtain the ski with a more appealing graphic? lets see.
I'd say they company brand had quite a bit to to do with the skis I bought, Dunno how to put a percent value on that though. I guess I'd say it was a 50/25/25 on different brands, majority going to the ones I have Graphics had no influence 3 components- price, durability, and skill level And, I probably wouldn't pay that much more for a graphic seeing as I destroy things fairly fast.

id say that the company brand did influence because i knew i could trust the companies experience so id say about 40% the graphocs wernt a major thing i wanted something simple and that wouldnt date. the three main components that influenced me would of been price, the length of the ski and the overall geometry of the ski profile adn in terms of how much i would spend to obtain preferred graphics id say a maximum of 50 if i really liked them
