What Size Ski Poles Should I get?

Okay, I'm 15 years old, 5 feet 4 inches and I spend most of my time skiing in the terrain park. My current poles fit my height and keep my elbows at a 90º angle, but they're a pain and get in the way when I'm in the park. My friends said that shorter poles are better. So what would be a good and size pole for me if I'd like them to be shorter.
