Gulmarg in Kashmir, India: It sounds just amazing!

Hi all,

I found an article about a ski resort in Kashmir, India called Gulmar. I have never heard of it before, but it sounds awesome! According to the article it is fairly untouched and undeveloped which I like. And the powder is supposed to be amazing!

Have any of you been there? If so: How crowded was it? How was the snow? How many lifts was it, and were there good runs for powder available with lifts, or would you have to climb/walk to get the good off-piste conditions? And last: how was the prices compared to other big resorts in America and Europe?

I just love the idea of skiing in India and the Himalayas! It gives me the butterflies just thinking of it!
