Insight Into Ski Lodges

Hey, guys. I'm an architecture student at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. I'm currently in my third of five years and for my main studio/design class we've been assigned to design a ski lodge! I'm sure you all have more experience with ski lodges than I do (barely any) so I was wondering if you could offer some insight into your experiences with ski lodges either as a visitor or as somebody who works there and can offer information on daily operations. Perhaps you have some complaints in terms of the design of the ski lodges you've been to or maybe you've noticed some aspects that are successfully designed? Any help that you guys can offer will be greatly appreciated!
