Jackson, WY area - Snow King vs Jackson Hole?

Looking to do a trip out to Jackson area, trying to decide whether to go to Teton Village or Jackson.

From what I can tell, in Teton Village everything is near the mountain whereas in Jackson only Snow King is. Is that correct?

Also, as to the mountain itself - I typically ski greens or easy blacks when I go to Utah (Park City, Canyons, etc). I hear Snow King is hard, lots of blacks etc. From the maps it also doesn't look very large compared to Jackson Hole (in terms of number of runs). Is that correct?

Any other info on this decision would be very much appreciated! Thanks.
