Question regarding Seefeld

Good day

I plan to stop in Seefeld for a night + day visit for a relaxed ski day for a family (we will be skiing for 5 days prior to that in Obergurgl/Solden). We will be staying at the Wald hotel which I understand is close to the RosseHute ski area. I have 2 questions:

Does anyone knows of a rental ski set shop near that area which offers good prices? “snowell.com” does not offer a service from a shop that is close and the same goes with intersport.com. I do not want to waste time walking into the village, which the opposite way from the cable car station, then again.

There are 2 ski areas in Seefeld, in two opposite parts of town. If we look for a relaxed skiing experience, with nice woods around and relaxed non busy runs, which of the 2 is recommended?
