Ski Resorts in Sth America.

I would like to hear what folk think of the Ski Resorts in Sth America, Are some better than others etc.
I don't mind a varitey in runs / trails, and also enjoy the idea of mixing with other cultures etc.
So please give pluses & minus, things to look out for etc.
