Ski trip to Hafjell, Norway

Been here a few times before but it has become sort of a tradition in my family to go there to ski. We where there for 10 days and had a good time.. loads of snow and my daughter tried snowbording for the first time.

What size is the resort? E.g. How many slopes would there be? Also, would you recommend it for Beginners or more advanced skiiers?

Well its not the biggest one i have been to, but i think that it is one of the best in Noway. Just how many slopes they have i don't remember but i googled it and found out that there are 23 slopes. They also have a good snowbord park and quite good beginner slopes for kids.

The standard of Hafjell went up when Norway hosted the winter Olympics in 1994. I would say that it is a good place both for beginners and more advanced skiers.

Another reason that we like to go there is that we have been there so many times now that it almost feels like a second home. We also go there in the summer, because they have a theme park not that far away from the ski resort.

If someone is interested in going there you could check out this link for more information on Hafjell,
