Ski vacation in Snowmass with 1 year old

Anyone been to Snowmass with an infant? I am looking for daycare options for a few days while I am there. Called up the resort and was told there was a great new childcare option available at the base of the mountain - 369.00 per day! Just for one 1 year old infant. Anyone know of any other agencies or nanny options I could try there?
