Skiing for Adults

Hello everyone, we are looking for a place here in the US to visit late march, would like a place that caters to mostly adults with plenty of nightlife, our kids are grown and out of the house,
Criteria would,
Easy terrain since the wife is not great
would like to be close to lifts, if possible
plenty of night life, bars, clubs etc
prefer not to be at the routinely packed resorts.
it has been years since we went skiing with our kids so do not know which locations are most populated or how good the resorts are
We would always go to either Breckenridge ( which we always got altitude sickness first few days) or vail
but do not know what they are like now
but they did not have much of a nighlife that I can remember

thanks in advance for any help

Where did you end up going?

I just learned about this site and am hoping to make a trip to Colorado next season. I have never been skiing in Colorado, only skied the east cost. I would love to go out west. Any insight from you would be much appreciated.

I am looking into Copper Mountain, but I am also considering the other surrounding resorts.
