Snowshoe, WV

I'm a novice/intermediate (think harder green or easier blue) skier thinking of going to Snowshoe with a friend who is firmly in novice territory.

Any thoughts on difficulty levels of the green and blue runs? For example, how steep does Lower Hootenanny get? Which green run is the easiest?

We're considering staying on the north or south mountains but are not sure whether Flume or one of the north greens (Skidway, Log Slide, Powderidge to Powder Monkey) would be easy enough for my friend.

Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
